Bella Vista Community Church, 75 E. Lancashire Blvd., worships Sundays at 10 a.m.

For Bible study opportunities:

Adult Bible Association: Sunday at 9:00 a.m., McKay Hall.

Men’s Bible Fellowship: Monday at 8 a.m., McKay Hall.

Bella Vista Lutheran Church, 1990 Forest Hills Blvd., meets for regular Sunday morning worship at 8:30 a.m. for traditional service and 10:45 a.m. for mixed service. Sunday School and Adult Bible classes take place at 9.45am.

Lutheran Hour is broadcast every Sunday at 12:30 p.m. on KURM-AM (790) and KURM-FM (100.3) radios.

The Shepherd’s Food Pantry will reopen on January 7.

Brightwater Memorial United Methodist Church, 14108 EUS 62 between Avoca and Garfield, has a service at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays with Reverend Mark Lasater as pastor. The service is also available on Facebook live.

Discover Church in Pea Ridge, 577 Weston St., holds services at 10 a.m. on Sundays. The campus pastors are Austin and Alexia Gregory; worship pastors are Jimmie Anderson and Aimee Anderson; the children’s pastor is Rae Moore.

Highland Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Bella Vista, 1500 Forest Hills Blvd., has services at 10:30 am on Sundays and Sunday school begins at 9:00 am in the Fellowship Hall.

First Presbyterian Church in Bentonville, 901 NE J St., offers 10:15 am Sunday worship in person and online.

The FPC Food Pantry will be closed on January 1st.

Pea Ridge United Methodist Church, 1205 N. Davis St., has resumed its 11 a.m. service for all worshipers. Wearing a mask is not mandatory to attend, but those who wish to wear masks are welcome.

Sunday school takes place every Sunday morning at 9.45 a.m. and choir practice takes place at 6.15 p.m. on Wednesday.

Those who cannot attend can still hear the message on the church’s website (pearidgeumc.net) or at 10:30 am every Sunday on KURM 100.3FM.

Bella Vista Presbyterian Church, 1880 Forest Hills Blvd., warmly invites the community to pray with us. In-person worship takes place Sunday at 10 a.m. Due to the upsurge in cases of covid locally, masks are highly recommended for everyone, whether or not you are vaccinated. A daycare is available. Watch the service live on the church’s website or on the Facebook page.

The church’s website at www.pcbv.org has information on a variety of topics, including prayer issues, upcoming events, and recorded worship services. The website is mobile friendly.

Washington County

Springdale’s First Presbyterian Church, 100 S. Gutensohn Road, offers Sunday morning worship services, in person and live, at 10:30 am Sunday. Online worship services are available on YouTube and on the church’s website at www.fpcspringdale.org. The Acting Pastor, the Reverend Dr. Ronnie Prevost, heads the services. The church continues to look for an installed pastor.

Reverend Moises Chan is the first associate of the Presbyterian parish and director of Ministerio a la Vecindad, a Hispanic ministry partnership with the Presbytery of Arkansas. In conjunction with Crowder College, GED classes are offered in our church on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with math classes on Saturday mornings.

If you’re having a hard time – emotionally, spiritually, or in your relationships – you don’t have to suffer alone. Our Stephen Ministers are trained caregivers, ready to listen to you, to care for and encourage you, to pray with and for you, and to provide individual Christian care to help you through whatever you are faced with. After Church Fellowship is 11:45 a.m. Sunday in the Fellowship Hall. Join your friends for a cup of coffee and a light snack after services each week.

Several church activities are suspended during the holiday season and will resume on January 9, including Sunday school classes for children, youth and adults; Children’s Church; Young FPC Group Activities and Confirmation Classes. Chancel Choir and Handbell Choir rehearsals will resume in January.

Presbyterian women will meet on January 4 at 9:30 a.m. at the church for fellowship and service.
